End-User License Agreement

The QuickBooks bookkeeping tool ("the tool") is proprietary software of Kenneth Gay, doing business as KG IT Pro. It is licensed, not sold, and only for use by KG IT Pro in providing bookkeeping services to clients who have authorized a connection to their QuickBooks Online company.

Authorization

By connecting a QuickBooks Online company, the client authorizes KG IT Pro to read and create accounting records in that company for the purpose of the engagement. The client may revoke this at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is". KG IT Pro reviews its work against the client's statements, but the client remains responsible for its books and tax filings, and should rely on its CPA for tax advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KG IT Pro's liability arising from the tool is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in which it was used.
